Major League Gaming has announced the on-air crew for its major CS:GO tournament.
From March 29 to April 3, Major League Gaming will be hosting the first North American CS:GO major, with 16 teams battling it out for the lion's share of a $250,000 prize pool.
The group stage of the tournament will be played out behind closed doors inside MLG's Arena, with the playoffs taking place at the Nationwide Arena, home of the ice hockey team Columbus Blue Jackets.
ReDeYe will host the North American major
Hosting the event will be one of the most famous esports commentators, Paul "ReDeYe" Chaloner, who is set to step down from his position as Gfinity's Head of Broadcasting. He will be joined by several other renowned personalities in the Counter-Strike scene, including Scott "SirScoots" Smith, Richard Lewis and Duncan "Thorin" Shields.
The six casters will be split into three different teams, with Anders Blume being paired with RoomOnFire colleague Auguste "Semmler" Massonnat, Mathew "Sadokist" Trivett with Henry "HenryG" Greer and Daniel "ddk" Kapadia with James "BARDOLPH" Bardolph.
